Saraswat Bank FASTag is a device that employs Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology for making toll payments directly from the prepaid or savings account linked to it. Saraswat Bank FASTag is presently operational at 346+ toll plazas across National Highways. The system is inter-operable and the same Saraswat Bank FASTag can be used across all toll plazas under the National Electronic Toll Collection (NETC) program. More toll plazas will be brought under the NETC program in the future.
How to Recharge Saraswat Bank FasTag ?
Step 1: Login in to Saraswat Bank FASTag Portal
Visit the link to Login in to Saraswat Bank FASTag Portal. Enter your registered mobile number, password and click on Login button.
Step 2: Go to Payment section and Enter Recharge amount
Select the option of Payment And Top-up by clicking on Recharge account. The recharge value can be up to maximum of Rs.1 lakh.
Step 3: Choose payment mode
Select the respective mode of payment, The payment can be made from Saraswat Bank Credit/Debit Card or Saraswat Bank NetBanking, Other Bank Credit/Debit Card or Other Bank NetBanking.
Step 4: Select your bank
As you can make payment through Saraswat bank or other banks. Select your bank from the list of banks from the drop down list and click on continue.
Step 5: Make payment
Enter the subsequent details and click on “Make Payment”. Saraswat FASTag wallet will be reloaded instantly.
How To Recharge Saraswat Bank FasTag With Mobile App ?
Saraswat Bank FasTag account can also be recharged through mobile applications like BHIM App.
Step 1: Just click on the given link to download and install BHIM app for android phone and for downloading and installing BHIM App for IOS.
Step 2: Select the SIM which has mobile number that is registered with Saraswat Bank.
Step 3: Login by setting a 4-digit application password. Link your bank accounts using bank account option. Set your UPI PIN by providing last 6 digits of your Saraswat debit card and expiry date of the same card.
Step 4: Visit Profile option and set virtual payment address (VPA)s. Currently 2 virtual payment address (VPA)s are allowed per user, For e.g. yourmobileno@upi, yourname@upi.
Step 5: Type beneficiary as NETC.VEHICLENUMBER. For example, if your vehicle number is TN10D5962, you will enter the beneficiary UPI ID / beneficiary VPA as NETC.TN10D5962. For recharge through net-banking, Select the tag accounts to be recharged.
Step 6: Successful recharges will immediately reflect in the tag balance.

Customer can call Contact Center Toll Free Number 1800-266-9545. MoRTH/NHAI/IHMCL has launched 1033 helpline number for addressing FASTAG complaints at toll plaza level. Customer can simply dial 1033 from Mobile/Landline for the following issues
- Stopped at the plaza for Tag blacklist reason even through Tag is not blacklisted.
- Plaza not accepting Fastag
- Plaza is not able to read the Tag
- Plaza is not supporting for monthly pass issuance
