FASTag is a Electronic Toll Payment collection service by IDFC Bank. The nation-wide Electronic Toll Collection Program is about implementing a solution for National Highways in India based on RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology. Through National Electronic Toll Collection NETC (National Electronic Toll Collection) Program, IHMCL (Indian Highway Management Company Ltd.) intends to facilitate seamless movement of traffic across all tolled roads in India. IDFC Bank solutions on the NETC (National Electronic Toll Collection) platform give you greater control on your money outflow and uninterrupted ride though National Highways.
IDFC Bank FASTag enables near non-stop movement of vehicles through toll plazas and the convenience of cashless payments with nation-wide interoperable Electronic Toll Collection Services. Online recharge, ease of availability & other advantages of IDFC Bank FASTag simply mean you get to do more with time saved. IDFC Bank presents unique offering not only for the FASTag users but also for the concessionaire. In today’s fast paced world, time is money and with increased traffic on highways, it leads to delay in commuting & the problem becomes acute when faced with long winding queues at toll booths across any part of the country. This not only gives you time delays but also impacts your finances.
FASTag is presently operational at 320+ toll plazas across national and state highways. More toll plazas will be brought under the FASTag program in the future. Required Documents for IDFC Bank Fastag
- Registration Certificate (RC) of the vehicle.
- Passport size photograph of the vehicle owner

How to Apply for IDFC Bank FasTag
Customer can visit any POS location or Toll plaza and can buy the FASTag by paying in physical cash mode or from the corporate current account, transfer funds to the FASTag pooling account and obtain the FASTag cards. Customer will need to carry original as well as copy of your KYC document. Our representative will provide you an application form, which you need fill and submit. All required documents for FASTag should be in the name of the owner of the vehicle. Please follow below steps for unlock user id of IDFC fast-tag account online:
1. Please go to sign in page of IDFC fast-tag account.
click on https://etoll.idfcbank.com/dimtsportal/login
2. you can see here a “unlock account” tab. click on “unlock account”.
3. now open a new window. Please enter ‘user id’, ‘VRN/Chassis no’ and ‘Captcha’.
here ‘VRN/Chassis no.’ is your vehicle no. (RJ24XXXXXX).
4. Finally submit.
Now, Your account unlocked successfully.

Since one month my fast tag blocked , requested through emails many times n again but no response .worst experience ever from bank ,called customer care but always no response . please solve my issue .
IDFC fast tag is having very very worst customer server . i tried to call the customer service 18002669970 ,but no response . in toll plaza i got the tag from one idfc agent . as there was less queue i got the tag from that agent .when ever i recharge the amount next day only it will credit .if we want to travel please switch to other service provider

This is the worst experience I am having right now. First of all your tag didn’t work from day one. My whole trip was kind of a inconvenient to me. At every toll gate I was stuck.
Now when I am asking for returning my money in the wallet. You guys are delaying it. What else do you guys need. I gave my bank account number, isnt that sufficient?
