  2. Please follow below steps for unlock user id of IDFC fast-tag account online:
    1. Please go to sign in page of IDFC fast-tag account.
    click on https://etoll.idfcbank.com/dimtsportal/login
    2. you can see here a “unlock account” tab. click on “unlock account”.
    3. now open a new window. Please enter ‘user id’, ‘VRN/Chassis no’ and ‘Captcha’.
    here ‘VRN/Chassis no.’ is your vehicle no. (RJ24XXXXXX).
    4. Finally submit.
    Now, Your account unlocked successfully.

    1. Go to the sign in page of idfc fast-tag account.
    2. On the sign in page, you can see “Unlock account” tab. Click on “Unlock account”.
    3. New window opened on your screen with ‘user id’, ‘VRN/Chassis no.’ and ‘captcha’.
    4. Enter ‘user id’, ‘VRN/Chassis no.’ and ‘captcha’.
    5. Click on submit.
    Your fast-tag account successfully unlocked.
    NOTE: ‘VRN/Chassis no.’ is your Vehicle no. (RJ24XXXXXX).

Bhagan toll palaza murtal sonipat haryana I have an issue with staff and idfc fastag staff scan and say its not working plz give me cash i give cash but after 15 minutes I recieve a msg from idfc and cut balnce from fastag wallet so plz solve this problem and refund my balance in my wallet thankyou

  5. Since one month my fast tag blocked , requested through emails many times n again but no response .worst experience ever from bank ,called customer care but always no response . please solve my issue .

IDFC fast tag is having very very worst customer server . i tried to call the customer service 18002669970 ,but no response . in toll plaza i got the tag from one idfc agent . as there was less queue i got the tag from that agent .when ever i recharge the amount next day only it will credit .if we want to travel please switch to other service provider

  7. My fastag delivery shows failed without any reason.
    Address was correct
    Dialed 1000 times for customer care but no response only ringtone I heard 20 to 30 min on every call

    Hoelw I track my parcel
    Fast tab activated but not reaches to me
    ..DTDC courier service was irresponsible
    Without any call ,message how can they said that Address was wrong
    They don’t have any proof of first or second attemp

    I had to pay Rs.2000 from toll plaza from misunderstanding from my phone pe fast tag account which accidentally got 10000 frost so please you Rs. 8000 refund. Please return my money.

  9. This is the worst experience I am having right now. First of all your tag didn’t work from day one. My whole trip was kind of a inconvenient to me. At every toll gate I was stuck.

    Now when I am asking for returning my money in the wallet. You guys are delaying it. What else do you guys need. I gave my bank account number, isnt that sufficient?

    From one month exchange of emails is happening. And now you guys have a problem with a bank cheque as well.

    Seriously guys, I am not even asking for compensation for the inconvenience which I went through my holiday trip.

    I am just asking to return the remaining amount.

  11. This is absolutely horrible web site. Not user friendly. Bank wasting money on add with Amitabh. Customer are fed up this bank website and fastag recharge system. I am going to shift my fastag from IDFC to ICICI bank. and i will never recommend anyone in future to use this bnak

  15. Amount deducted from my fastag without cross the toll two times in one single day on 14/04/22 at.3.14 and 6.17am amt deducted Rs. 95/- and 70/-
