- Nationality: Candidates must be Indian nationals or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cardholders.
- Domicile: Candidates should belong to the state of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh. However, candidates who do not satisfy the domicile requirement can also apply for the 15% unreserved quota seats.
